PRN How you’ll make an impact in this role Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess patient movement, functional limitations and individual rehabilitation goals. Develop and implement personalized care plans designed to restore mobility, build strength and accelerate recovery. Deliver evidence-based sports physical therapy techniques to maximize patient outcomes and physical performance.
Partner with physicians, care teams and support staff to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
