You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current CPA or CIA license or signed commitment at hiring to pass all parts within one year of employment subject to termination if those terms are not met.
Education
✓Bachelors Degree in Accounting or comparable degree with a minimum of two years experience in internal auditing or public accounting.
Qualifications
✓Good analytical and communication skills.
✓Knowledge and experience in the utilization of computers and spreadsheet, flowchart, database, word processing, and graphic presentation software programs.
Solid understanding of basic accounting standards and controls. preferred
Basic understanding of healthcare environment. preferred
Overall understanding of auditing procedures. preferred
About the role
Reviews and assesses effectiveness and efficiency of operational controls by conducting financial and operational audits in accordance with annual audit plan.
