You’ll need
Certifications
✓ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and completion of an accredited radiologic sciences program (required).
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience including a clinical or radiology background (required).
Qualifications
✓5+ years of experience in radiology and diagnostic imaging environments, including clinical consulting, workflow optimization, and customer-facing support for healthcare technology or medical imaging solutions (required).
✓Deep clinical and technical understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, DICOM standards, and clinical reporting platforms (required).
✓Experience implementing medical imaging software or clinical decision-support systems (required).
✓Demonstrated ability to engage senior healthcare leaders on clinical workflow assessment, optimization, and adoption outcomes (required).
✓Proven experience guiding clinical teams through software transitions and workflow redesign (required).
✓Strong communication skills, including translating software capabilities into clinical language for radiologists and operational leaders (required).
✓Experience leading change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, workflow adoption, training, and communication planning (required).
✓This position may require occasional travel.
Experience supporting complex, enterprise-level healthcare sales cycles, clinical demonstrations, or pre-sales workflow discovery. preferred
