You’ll need
Certifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Upon Hire (Preferred)
Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance (Required) And
Master’s Degree in accounting or finance (Preferred)
Qualifications
✓Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Advanced accounting and financial analysis capabilities.
✓Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and accounts receivable systems.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems (General Ledger, Patient Accounting).
✓Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
✓Knowledge of GAAP and healthcare financial standards.
✓Limited travel required (approximately 10%).
✓5+ years prior management experience in a hospital or healthcare accounting setting (Required)
