Qualifications
✓A minimum of 5 years designing, supporting, or leading enterprise connectivity, collaboration, audiovisual, or related information systems technologies.
✓Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
✓Strong understanding of network fundamentals and the impact of bandwidth, latency, quality of service, security, and integration on end-user experience.
✓Demonstrated ability to evaluate current-state architecture, translate business needs into technical solutions, and recommend improvements.
✓Experience leading projects, coordinating vendors, and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
✓Proven conceptual, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements.
✓Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
