Provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care and established SRH and Nursing Policies. Incorporates the principles of statistical analysis, scientific theory, developmental and decision-making skills for better patient outcomes. Utilizes effective communication to teach patients and families how to comply with treatment plans to maintain good health.
May function in the role of charge/lead nurse. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Serves as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues.
Perform any other job-related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
