Job Overview This position is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring the safe and accurate fulfillment of prescriptions while upholding exceptional customer service standards. The role includes supervising pharmacy staff, supporting workflow efficiency, and maintaining compliance with all state‑specific rules and regulations. Responsibilities Read, interpret, and enter prescriptions into the online pharmacy prescription system. Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled.
Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds. Assist Pharmacist-In-Charge to train, coach, and manage pharmacy staff Create and maintain patient profiles and prescription information to provide accurate care. Required Qualifications Doctorate of Pharmacy Proficient knowledge of pharmacy information systems and data entry Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Mathematical abilities such as calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume; basic algebra; practical mathematics.
Pharmacist MN Board of Pharm Immunization Certified in State of MN within 30 Days
