Growing together. As a per diem, nonexempt Staff Pharmacist you will play a vital role in delivering safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a direct impact by ensuring the accuracy of medication orders, verifying prepared products, and safeguarding controlled substances.
You will contribute to a high-performing team by mentoring new staff, maintaining seamless daily operations, and supporting the Director in optimizing pharmacy performance.

Location: ArchVista is a 72-bed facility offering detox, acute psychiatric, PHP, and IOP programs and provides compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health and addiction treatment to St. Louis, Missouri and neighboring communities, offering 24/7 assessments and comprehensive care for individuals with mental health and substance use needs. Pharmacy hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am

Review, verify, and dispense medication orders to ensure appropriateness, safety, and accuracy Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to optimize medication regimens for hospitalized patients Monitor patient outcomes and medication safety, identifying and preventing adverse drug events Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, including Joint Commission, state, and federal requirements You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required
BA/BS degree from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school Current Missouri Pharmacist license in good standing with MTS certification Demonstrated proficient computer skills with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office
