Description UCLA Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join our growing community-based practice in West Hills, located in the San Fernando Valley. This role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding general urology practice focused on providing comprehensive, high-quality care across a broad range of conditions, allowing physicians to fully utilize their clinical skillset in an outpatient-centered environment.
Designed for those who enjoy the depth and variety of general urology, this position emphasizes continuity of care, strong referral relationships, and meaningful patient connections within the community—supported by the resources of a leading academic health system. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The target salary range for this position is $300,000.00–$400,000.00 annual base salary.
Productivity models, Quality Incentives, and additional income channels will be determined per the direction of the Medical Director.
