Education
✓Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
✓Completion of an accredited predoctoral internship and postdoctoral training in clinical psychology.
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated competence in individual and group psychotherapy with adults.
✓Training and experience in diagnostic evaluation and psychological testing.
✓Experience with evidence-based modalities relevant to Steward programming, including psychodynamic therapy, CBT, MBT, and family systems.
✓Experience with risk assessment, crisis intervention, and level-of-care decision-making.
✓Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams and across systems of care.
✓Comfort and competence delivering care in a hybrid in-person and virtual format.
Three to five years of post-licensure clinical experience. preferred
Program development experience, particularly in launching or growing a new clinical program. preferred
Prior experience supervising psychology trainees. preferred
Experience treating executives, professionals, and other adults with significant personal and professional responsibilities, including co-occurring substance use presentations. preferred
Training or experience in psychodrama or other experiential group modalities. preferred
