Qualifications
✓Experience in quality and clinical compliance 2-3 years required
✓Knowledge of principles of quality measurement, governmental and regulatory quality requirements, process improvement 2-3 years required
✓Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including staff at all levels of the organization.
✓Demonstrated knowledge in executing improvements in clinical care, as well as holding themselves accountable to sustaining improvement over time.
✓Demonstrated ability to execute a local quality performance and improvement portfolio.
✓Other areas of knowledge include medical records systems, management information systems, applicable statutes and regulatory agency requirements, problem assessment and problem-solving techniques, and healthcare services.
✓Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and organizational skills.

About the role

Completes compliance activities, ensuring adherence to standardized processes around tracer activity, site-level preparedness activities, and measuring/monitoring compliance.
