Responsible for the development and maintenance of balanced unit schedules in collaboration with Department Leaders. Performs maintenance of timecards. Trends data related to staff schedules and timecards to identify opportunities to improve resource utilization.

· High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registry: · N/A
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. · Minimum 1 year experience with scheduling and time/attendance system preferred. Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: · Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills. · Demonstrates ability to work and collaborate as part of a team and take direction from others. · Demonstrates ability to work independently. Pay Transparency $18.34 - $28.42 Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role.
