What You Need to Know Be the Best Staffing Coordinator You Can Be: If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Minimum one year home care experience, human resources, community service and/or supervisory experience Scheduling experience in the staffing industry preferred Staffing Coordinator
Coordinate and schedule home care services to ensure all client cases are staffed appropriately. Receive and process service requests, gathering necessary information and matching caregivers to client needs and availability. Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and caregiver reassignments as needed.
Confirm schedules with both clients and caregivers, ensuring clear communication and coverage of assigned visits. Maintain accurate client and caregiver schedules within the electronic medical records (EMR) system. Verify completed visits and address scheduling discrepancies to ensure continuity of care.
Update caregiver availability and client information on an ongoing basis. Support authorization and documentation processes as required. Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound calls, visitors, and general inquiries, directing requests to the appropriate team members.
Assist with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) monitoring and follow-up as needed. Participate in special projects and perform additional administrative duties to support office operations. Our Investment in You: Caring for others starts with caring for you.
