• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to put the customer first and deliver excellent customer service.

• Minimum 6 months retail/food service and cash handling experience preferred Basic computer skills required for:
• Accessing and navigating CTRH intranet for forms, policies and procedures
• Accessing and entering data on organization wide software such as etime and Outlook email
• Accessing and using internet and specific applications required to perform job duties
