Licensure
✓1st Class Stationary Engineer License State of Maryland
Education
✓High School Diploma or GED required
Qualifications
✓3 - 5 years of experience in commercial or hospital central utility plant operations required
✓Valid US Driver’s License Required
✓Strong knowledge of boiler safety and power distribution
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
✓Ability to read blueprints
✓Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
✓Ability to prioritize and remain calm in demanding situations
