What you’ll do

Lead daily department operationsLead daily department operations by serving as the floor supervisor, facilitating shift reports, resolving operational challenges and supporting leadership initiatives
Develop and deliver staffDevelop and deliver staff orientation, continuing education and certification support while maintaining education records and coordinating in-service training
Manage the instrument trackingManage the instrument tracking system by maintaining count sheets, updating databases, coordinating system enhancements and generating operational reports
Coordinate instrument purchases, repairsCoordinate instrument purchases, repairs, replacements and loaner instrumentation workflows to ensure clinical readiness
