Get to Know Your Team: Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque’s Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), bariatric, and orthopedic service lines. Responsibilities Responsible for decontamination, correct assembly and sterile processing of all instruments used in the operating room and ambulatory/specialty clinics.
Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Qualifications Job
High School diploma or equivalent. Advanced knowledge of regulatory standards for universal precautions, sterilization methodologies, and regulatory standards for biological monitoring. Preferred Job
One (1) year of previous job-related experience in Central Supply and/or Sterile Processing experience in a hospital or clinic setting. National Certification in Sterile Processing or equivalent
