Up to $1,000 Sign-on Bonus for Eligible Candidates Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician to join our Sterile Processing Department at our Downtown Jacksonville campus. This is a full-time weekend position. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting surgical services by ensuring instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, assembled, and available for patient care.

As a Sterile Processing Tech, your responsibilities include : Perform decontamination and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment Inspect, assemble, and wrap instrument trays and linen for sterilization Select appropriate supplies and sterilization methods Operate sterilization equipment while following established protocols Demonstrate knowledge of sterilization principles and best practices Prioritize workload while maintaining accuracy and quality standards Experience
