Will act as first point of escalation for staff members when supervisor is not immediately available. Individual will play integral role in training and mentoring new and existing employees and will assist in prioritizing assignments and adjusting workflows to ensure most pressing needs are met within deadlines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): High School Diploma or equivalent required Must have five (5) years of experience working in sterile processing Sterile Processing Technician Certification CBSPD/CRCST WHY PENN STATE HEALTH?
