Qualifications
✓Eight years as an HR professional in a progressive business environment to include at least seven years designing and implementing HR programs
✓Proven track record planning and implementing effective human resource intervention to business problems, developing and consulting on change management strategies
✓Experience developing workforce plans, and influencing business unit leaders
✓Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through on-going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations
✓Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job, especially with regard to activities impacting patient or employee safety or security
✓Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a customer service focus and application of positive language principles
Prior experience embedded in a client area or operations experience with people management experience preferred

About the role

This position is the point of contact for assigned client groups on all Human Resource (HR) initiatives and needs of a significant client group or system-wide service line which includes preparing regular statistical summaries and raising awareness of existing and emerging trends.
