Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or equivalent certification preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Three to seven years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, supply chain, value analysis, finance, healthcare operations, or related field.
✓Experience leading sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations required.
✓Strong negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
✓Demonstrated ability to lead multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.
✓Strong financial analysis and business case development capabilities.
✓Experience facilitating multidisciplinary committees and stakeholder groups.
✓Ability to present recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
✓Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
