✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field required.
Graduate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Five or more years of experience in structured project management, program management, strategy execution, operations, transformation, or related work required.
✓Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives or programs with multiple workstreams required.
✓Experience working with executive sponsors, senior leaders, project teams, and operational stakeholders required.
✓Experience managing initiative schedules, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and status reporting required.
✓Demonstrated knowledge of project and program management principles, methodologies, tools, and governance practices.
✓Ability to facilitate planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex initiatives.
✓Ability to manage interdependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and resource constraints across multiple initiatives.
✓Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
✓Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
✓Ability to support structured decision-making, prioritization, and escalation processes.
✓Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise strategy execution, transformation, project portfolio management, or EPMO/PMO functions preferred.
Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Project Web Application, strategic portfolio management systems, Visio, or similar tools preferred.
