✓One year of experience providing administrative, program coordination, event coordination, customer service, or operational support in higher education or a similarly complex organization.
✓Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines.
✓Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
✓Ability to provide courteous, responsive, and professional customer service to a diverse community.
