To provide medical social work services to HIV- positive patients who are seen in the infectious Disease Clinic at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. Medical social work services may include care coordination, benefit access, treatment adherence, basic education, prevention, and counseling. Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team serving a specialized population of HIV patients.
