You’ll need
Licensure
✓Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Licensed Pharmacist by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and two (2) years of experience required.
Qualifications
✓Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
✓Experience with specialty pharmacy operations, payer requirements, prior authorizations, and patient assistance programs preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy, oncology pharmacy, ambulatory care, or related practice settings. preferred
Previous leadership, supervisory, preceptor, or project management experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills. preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead workflow initiatives and manage multiple priorities. preferred
PGY-1 residency or equivalent practice experience preferred.
