Supervising Sterile Processing Technician

Salary: $53,643.20 - $75,649.60 Annually. Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Supervising Sterile Processing Technician who supervises staff and operations involved in receiving, storing and issuing sterilization of supplies and equipment. Duties also include assisting with developing standards and ensuring the clean, safe, efficient and effective instrument and equipment distribution and availability and compliance with safety and regulatory standards; develops and implements process improvement initiatives, assigns and reviews work, directs workflow, approves time off and evaluates performance and provides staff training and education.
