You’ll need
Licensure
Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license preferred.
Education
✓A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Public Health, Psychology, Personnel Administration, Management or Public Administration or a related approved discipline
✓Four years of progressively responsible experience in planning and manpower development and training programs, medical or public health administration, or other fields related to training, development and manpower analysis, of which at least one year must have been in a managerial, supervisory
✓A masters degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Management, Social Work, Medical Administration, Psychology, Personnel Administration, Public Administration or a related approved field, with three years of experience as described in (2) above and one year in a managerial
Qualifications
✓Extensive knowledge of the principals of training and manpower development programs and ability to analyze and determine the needs of the Corporation
✓A satisfactory combination of training, education and experience indicating the ability to perform satisfactorily.

About the role
Provides training to clinical staff at all PAC facilities during the implementation period to ensure staff have sufficient knowledge and ability to navigate the Point-Click Care (PCC) EMR system.
