Trains and coaches the Admitting staff; monitors activity for quality and productivity; analyzes, develops and produces agent feedback and management reports; conducts quality audits; coordinates the development of and reviews and implements departmental registration and admission protocols.

A. A. degree or 7 years of relevant work experience required Requires proficiency in the use of a multi-line telephone and nursing call bell.
