- The Supervisor, Cardiac Services provides clinical, operational, and personnel leadership across Cardiac Services, with accountability for patient care delivery, staffing, resource utilization, and departmental performance. This role exercises independent judgment in daily operations and serves as a key liaison between staff, providers, and senior leadership. This role provides direct supervision of nursing staff and oversees other clinical team members within Cardiac Services as applicable. The Supervisor maintains clinical competency across all service areas, is expected to cross-train, and provides direct patient care support as needed. This position partners closely with leadership to ensure consistent operations, staff engagement, and alignment with organizational goals. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education/Licensure/Certification:
