Description

Minimum of 3 years' experience in central sterile processing. Ability to supervise staff in a manner conducive to professional growth and patient care. Exhibit a high degree of confidence and professionalism including ability to interact well with physicians and other care givers.

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing healthcare environment. Certified Central Sterile Processing through International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) or the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA).
