Certifications
✓ServSafe Certified
Completion/Certification of a culinary training program from an accredited school preferred
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent required.
✓Specific experience at the level of a ‘Chef’ including culinary experience and/or professional cooking coursework, workshops, or apprentices.
Qualifications
✓Minimum five (5) years progressive experience in food service, cooking in institutional setting.
✓Minimum one (1) year previous experience as lead or supervisor over culinary operations.
✓Ability to communicate professionally with various levels of staff of the organization
Previous experience in healthcare setting preferred
Previous experience in modified diet cookery preferred
