The role of Supervisor is to provide operational and management support to the benefit of Kadlec providers, staff and patients under the direction of their assigned Manager. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Providence Health & Services. Caregivers are expected to perform most job duties independently and in accordance with established Kadlec policies and procedures.

Required
1 year Healthcare experience.
Associate's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field Clinical and supervisory background.
