North Suburban Family Physicians are looking to hire a supervisor to join our Clinical Support team at our Roseville clinic.

What you’ll do
Oversee clinical patient careOversee clinical patient care services including lab, ensuring high performing care teams and clinical support
Manage/develop staff schedules, includingManage/develop staff schedules, including weekly schedules, PTO, sick calls, meetings, daily assignments etc
Manage daily clinic flowManage daily clinic flow as it relates to the lab and care teams
Serve as a roleServe as a role model in the enhancement of professional conduct , sharing skills, and knowledge
Champion registries and qualityChampion registries and quality initiatives
