You’ll need
Education
✓High School Diploma or GED
Qualifications
✓+1 year of demonstrated success leading people and processes
✓Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning and operating procedures in all areas of environmental services
✓Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement in decision making
✓Effective communication and ability to interact appropriately with people of all backgrounds
✓Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
✓Knowledge of basic office equipment including but not limited to calculator, adding machine, computer, etc…
✓Interaction with Other Departments and Other Relationships
✓Works regularly around patients and customers within the facility. Interacts regularly with Environmental Services employees under their direct supervision. Interacts regularly with visitors in facility. Interacts regularly with facility staff and administrative personnel.
✓Physical Capabilities
+3 years environmental service experience, preferably in a hospital setting preferred
