Qualifications
✓Three years’ experience in custodial service operations required. Required and
✓One year in a lead or supervisory role required.
✓Knowledge about cleaning standards and cleaning agent use.
✓Knowledge of the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
✓Knowledge of safety hazards and necessary safety precautions sufficient to be able to establish a safe work environment.
✓Knowledge of chemicals used to clean surface areas sufficient to be able to maintain a clean and orderly work area.
✓Skill in understanding and following oral, illustrated, written or demonstrated instructions.
✓Skill in evaluating employee performance, and enforcing disciplinary guidelines.
✓Supervisory skill over subordinate employees to motivate and guide toward goals.
✓Ability to communicate effectively.
✓Ability to work independently, multi-task and establish priorities.
✓Ability to work weekends/holidays and cover for 24/7 coverage.
