Prefer knowledge of facility management, hospital standards and building codes and preventive maintenance programs as they relate to operations and service. preferred

Prefer proficiency with the use of personal computers and software programs as they relate to facility planning, project management and scheduling, budget and cost accounting, spreadsheet formatting, document development, local and Internet data access and communication. preferred

Prefer demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication. preferred
Prefer demonstrated knowledge of hand tools pertinent to trade(s). preferred

In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring individual and team work tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.
