✓Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field AND Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare setting AND One (1) year of progressive administrative experience in a healthcare environment
✓OR High School diploma or equivalent AND Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare setting AND Three (3) years of progressive administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, providing guidance and support.
✓Capacity to analyze operational data and contribute to strategic planning.
