Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position. OverviewPOSITION

The Food Production Supervisor plans, administers and directs all unit activities related to food production, culinary operations and complying with the standards established by the Food & Nutrition Services Department and regulatory agencies. Lead food production staff. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience for patients, visitors and Mission Partners.

QualificationsREQUIRED

• Associate Degree in culinary or three years of experience as a lead in the food service or hospitality industry. Licensure/Certifications:
• Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) through ANSI approved program within 90 days of employment
• Allergen certification within 90 days of employment.

• Bachelor Degree

• 5 Years of experience in related position, such as Food Production Supervisor in a Healthcare setting Licensure/Certifications:
• Certified Dietary Manager Other skills/knowledge:
