Supervisor Healthy Start Home Health (Registered Nurse)

Supervises health start home visitation staff and manages all healthy start programs to ensure adherence to the healthy start model policies procedures guidelines and standards of healthy program. Coordinates patient care services and oversees scheduling and implementation of the home visitation program. ***GRANT FUNDED****

Bachelor's degree in nursing

• 4 years of experience working in home visitation program and/or in a clinical or community-based setting Credentials: RN - Registered Nurse
