This position ensures the proper procedures, frequencies of service, and methods are followed. The Supervisor maintains cooperation with staff and other department, and assists with plans for improving environmental services.

Maintain adequate staffing levels by appropriately scheduling staff's days on/off. Monitor the usage of supplies and equipment, and ensures that adequate stock is available. Observe and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and rules to ensure a safe work environment.
Participate in people management activities for direct team members, such as conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
