Supervises maintenance and repair section of Central Boiler and Chiller Plant Operations department. Participates in and directs section activities. Requires minimal supervision.

5 years of experience in the building trades with 2 years as a Supervisor

Related coursework/training or on‑the‑job training Associate's Degree Plant operations and maintenance experience Commercial experience in boilers, chillers, and other HVAC systems General Contractor or superintendent experience
