for this position is $40.42 - $58.01/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

​The Clinical Supervisor is a hands on leader and expert in Hospice philosophy and end-of-life care delivery. With a focus on clinical excellence, compassionate care and symptom management the supervisor is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day hospice operations, and development of Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) Members. The clinical supervisor must possess critical thinking, communication, clinical skills, and leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing

​1 year of progressively more responsible work experience in Hospice or 1 year supervisor experience in healthcare Licensure/ Certification: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan) BLS issued by American Heart Association is required prior to start date of employment.​ Current driver's license and auto insurance, provides own transportation Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Electronic Medical Record basic proficiency
