RN Supervisor - Interventional Radiology (IR) Baylor Scott & White Health | Waxahachie, TX Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced and collaborative RN Supervisor to lead our Interventional Radiology (IR) team in Waxahachie. This leader will oversee daily clinical and operational activities while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and patient-centered care.
As the RN Supervisor, you will provide leadership and support to a highly specialized procedural nursing team. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, staffing, patient flow, quality and safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and team development. This role partners closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
