Single. Day. Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Rhinelander, WI is seeking a SUPERVISOR- PATIENT EXPERIENCE to join our PATIENT EXPERIENCE team!
The Patient Experience Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting the implementation of patient experience strategies that align with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and goals. This position reports to the Aspirus Medical Group Vice President of Operations. The supervisor oversees the management of patient complaints and grievances, supports service recovery, and ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for patients and families across the care continuum.
HOURS: Full Time, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every two weeks Experience/Qualifications Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or related field. Required: 2-5 years of experience in healthcare or patient/customer service role Preferred: Experience with patient complaint/grievance management, service recovery, and quality improvement. At least 2 years in a supervisory or patient experience role.
