You’ll need
Education
✓High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Must have demonstrated leadership, communication (oral and written), self-initiative, and problem-solving ability.
✓Must be highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently.
✓Requires human relations and customer service skills to influence and motivate others.
✓Demonstrate patience and the ability to effectively coach and mentor others.
✓Ability to work as a team member, take direction from others, and initiate and manage projects.
✓Experience with spreadsheet preparation, data collection/management/analysis, and creation of graphs/charts and presentation slides.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft OneNote is required.
✓Priority will be given to candidates with extensive experience leading scheduling and contact center operations.
