Supervisor, Radiation Oncology

Sentara Brock Cancer Center is now hiring a Supervisor for our Radiation Oncology team in Nofolk, VA! Assumes responsibility, accountability and provides leadership for daily operations. Serve as a resource for physicians, clinical staff and other disciplines.

Facilitates staff management in a multifunctional environment and coordinates quality improvement activities, resolution of customer service issues and management and monitoring of resource utilization. Evaluates staff performance and when required, disciplinary action. Prepares capital and annual budget and participates in goal accomplishments.

Education Associate's Certification/Licensure ARRT Radiation Therapy (T) - Certifications - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Experience Radiation Therapy - 3 years We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $100,838.40 - $152,422.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
