A high school diploma or equivalent plus three years of experience in security, public safety, or law enforcement may be considered in lieu of an associate's degree.
Experience Qualifications Three years of experience in healthcare security, law enforcement, or safety is required. One year of demonstrated leadership experience is required. Five years of experience in healthcare security and/or safety is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification is required within one year of hire.
