Evening shift l Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Supervise daily operations across assigned areas, ensuring effective staff performance and compliance with policies and procedures. Analyze incidents, trends, and reports to identify risks, conduct follow-up investigations, and support the development of corrective action plans. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain adequate coverage and operational readiness.
Support departmental management functions, including budgeting, expense control, hiring, disciplinary actions, contract oversight, and coordination of emergency drills. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): None Required. Preferred Credential(s): BLS Provider.

Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc. Security Professional.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
