Posting Date 09/24/2026 300 West Sylvania AveSte One, Neptune, New Jersey, 07753-6017, United States of America The Transplant Liaison Supervisor centers on providing leadership on a team of Transplant Liaisons coordinating patient care, managing partnerships with transplant stakeholders, and driving quality improvement initiatives that supports the programs mission. With a focus on patient centered care, the Supervisor ensures teams are equipped to support patients throughout the transplant process.
This position will oversee and optimize the daily operations of the Transplant Liaison Program by managing resources, developing the team, and coordinating clinical care. Key objectives include improving waitlist management, transplant rates, and equitable access to resources. Provide day-to-day supervision to the Transplant Liaison Team Organize, monitor, evaluate, and manage workflow Leads internal and external meetings with DVA and Non-DVA partners Ability to lead a team and provide work direction Conduct formal and ad hoc training on processes Lead team in driving program outcomes and metrics Provide leadership to direct reports Develop and foster a positive, fulfilling work environment Manage all teammate employment activities, such as hiring, promoting, job performance, and disciplinary actions, with appropriate approvals as required Address teammate relations issues appropriately and in a timely manner Facilitates teammate development (IDPs, PDRs, coaching, mentoring, training); collaborates with direct reports to create professional development goals Knows, understands, and follows teammate guidelines, employment policies and procedures Knows and understands basic wage & hour laws, federal, state, and local laws and regulations Review and approve time for non-exempt direct reports Track overtime, attendance, and PTO Attend and/or lead team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed Show Leadership qualities in the team or have former leadership experience Must have the Ability to Maintain Strict Confidentiality
