Job Summary The operations dispatcher will be responsible for ensuring the quality, efficiency and performance of the support services division (multiple departments) is met based on interactions via dispatch - direct contact.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring appropriate documentation of requests through the cycle of identification to completion.
